Return policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately, and we will try to resolve any problem to your satisfaction. Please email us with any concerns at info@eagbaltic.com.

In the unlikely event you wish to return product(s) purchased from eagbaltic, please follow the return policy listed below.

The return policy:

  • (1) Please check your purchase upon delivery and if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any product(s), you must contact eagbaltic via email to info@eagbaltic.com and announce the order number and product(s) which is/are to be returned. The customer must then wait for an email from eagbaltic stating that we acknowledge and expect the return.
  • (2) Returning products must be in new condition. They are to arrive in the original packaging as originally packed and in one package.
  • (3) The products must be returned using a trackable shipping service and the tracking number must be announced to eagbaltic via email to info@eagbaltic.com.
  • (4) The return postage is to be paid by the customer.
  • (5) The products shall then be inspected by eagbaltic.
  • (6) The funds which were paid to eagbaltic by the client for the product(s) shall be reimbursed to the customer within one month by eagbaltic, minus the banking or PayPal charges paid by eagbaltic, minus a 30% restocking / examination fee.

 

Order Discrepancies

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of shipment if there is a discrepancy in your order. Email us at info@eagbaltic.com with your name, address, order number and description of the discrepancy. We will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. We will reimburse you for the shipment and insurance costs and will do our best to resolve the discrepancy as quickly as possible.

Cancellation

Please contact us at info@eagbaltic.com immediately if you decide to cancel your order. If we receive your email after an order has been shipped, then please follow the procedures described in the return policy above.

Personalized Items

 Please note that personalized items (with boat name or logo on the item) can not be exchanged or returned for a refund. Please double-check the spelling of the name and any other information is correct when you place the order.
